Refund & Return Policy

At Geeked Out, many of our products are handmade, custom-created, personalized, printed-to-order, or fulfilled through third-party services. Because of this, return eligibility varies depending on the product type.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging when applicable

We will do our best to make things right.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Because these items are created specifically for you, we cannot typically accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering mistakes
  • Minor color or material variations
  • Subjective preference issues

Amazon-Fulfilled Products

Products fulfilled through Amazon or other external marketplaces may be subject to the return policies of those platforms.

Customers purchasing through external links should review the applicable marketplace policies before completing their purchase.

Curated & Non-Custom Products

Non-custom physical items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is in original condition
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.

Lost Packages

Geeked Out is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier issues, or lost/stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist where possible.
